Level 2 Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas and parking lots to ensure safety and security.
• Use a report writing software to submit logs and images of your activity.
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for incident reporting or investigations.
• Implement security presence to minimize theft or damages to vehicles on property.
• Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference.

Experience

• Previous experience in security is preferred.
• Must remain vigilant to watch over the private property and parking lot.
• Personal vehicle for the job is optional. Vehicle must pass company standards and policies and be approved (Security equipment issued)
• Ability to display a strong security presence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work overnights.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
