Level IV Personal Protective Officer

Job Overview
RK Strategic Management Solutions, an RK Group company, is seeking professional PPO/Level 4 Security Officers to join our team. This position is contingent upon contract award, with work starting in July 2025. This position requires individuals who are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety in their duties.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of clients and their facilities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Comply with all Texas DPS security regulations and guidelines.
• Respond to incidents quickly and effectively.
• Perform Executive Protection duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Level IV PSB security license
• Must meet all Texas DPS Level 4 requirements
• Must have a clean criminal record and be eligible to work in Texas
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must maintain a neat, clean-cut appearance
• Must own appropriate business attire for special events
• Must be willing to work day or night shift and weekends as needed
• Prior military and law enforcement experience is preferred*

• Concealed firearm and holster
• Additional magazine
• Handcuffs
• Flashlight
• Security badge

Schedule:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Schedule: Rotating shifts (4 on, 3 off) with a minimum of 42 hours per week
