Are you ready to play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure environment during the upcoming elections? TAP Security is seeking dedicated Election Security Navigators to assist voters and maintain order at polling locations.

Position Details:

• Schedule:
• 4-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• On-call availability
• Weekends as needed

What we're Looking For:

• Customer Service Excellence: You excel at interacting with the public and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Quick Decision Makers: You can assess situations promptly and respond effectively, ensuring a smooth voting process.
• Conflict Resolution Skills: You have the ability to de-escalate tense situations with professionalism and calmness.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• 1-3 years of military or security experience (not required)

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist voters, ensuring they feel comfortable throughout the election process.
• Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to address any issues, maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere.
• Monitor polling locations for compliance with security protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct regular patrols of the area to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Uphold safety and security standards by strictly adhering to established procedures and protocols.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned to ensure exceptional service and security at polling locations.

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Military: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers license (Preferred)
• Security License (guard card) (Preferred)
