Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Duties:
– Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
– Conduct regular inspections of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents on the premises
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and tenants with inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:
– Must have a valid security license/certificate
– Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
– Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is a plus
– Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
