Luxury Retail Security Officer – Unarmed

Global Threat Solutions is seeking qualified unarmed applicants who want to work at luxury boutiques. This position is for Unarmed Guards Only with experience, and this is a STANDING POST. You must own a full black suit as that will not be provided to you.

Things to know:

• We pay on a bi-weekly basis.
• Security experience is required.
• Background checks will be done
• GTS will provide on-site training for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Must be personable and reliable.
• Great Customer Service skills
• Valid Security License
• Valid Driver's License
• Law enforcement and Military background preferred, but not required.

Attire:

• All Black Suit
• All black or white long sleeve button down shirt.(depends on post)
• Black Slacks
• Black Shoes

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of high-end luxury retail premises.
• Utilize conflict management skills to handle any potential security issues.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Schedule:

• Shifts for guards available Monday – Sunday

Pay: $21.00 – $22.50 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Loss prevention: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• San Antonio, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
