JOB DESCRIPTION

SRO’s are evaluated based on but not limited to responsiveness, building and improving relationships with supervisors and employees at assigned sites, establishing and fulfilling personal goals to develop professionally, providing quality customer service to both the external and internal clients, carrying out duties within Garda World standards and setting the example for other employees to emulate.

• Have largely open availability
• Respond to the Branch Office or designee within a reasonable time frame when contacted for support requests.
• Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors and management.
• Have transportation to get to a variety of job sites across San Antonio
• Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal) visitors, contractors and management.

General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• 1 year of relatable experience such as security, military, corrections, etc.
• A valid Driver’s License
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
