The Courtesy Officer is the eyes and ears of the community. This position is responsible for the basic courtesy and well-being of the community and the residents.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with residents
- Completing Daily Activity Report (DAR) daily
- Analyzing crime trends within the property and making recommendations
- Patrolling property to provide visible presence on the property two times daily
- Reporting incidents to Property Manager while coordinating and communicating with the authorities
- Serving as an ’on call’ key holder to provide access to emergency services personnel when not on duty
Qualifications
- Authorization to work for the property from respective department.
- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
