Security Guard

Windom Security is a Veteran operated private security company offering a rewarding career in mobile and static security which provides a sense of purpose. As a Windom Security Guard, your responsibilities will include the protection of our clients and their communities. We service retail locations, commercial real estate properties, student housing, government and corporate campuses, to include municipal work.

Security Guard Pay and Benefits:

• Four-day work weeks available >> 4 days on, 3 days off
• Starting at $19.00 per hour with regular reviews for advancement

Security Guard Hours:

• Patrol: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM & 8:00 PM – 6: 00 AM
• Static: Varies by site/position (Day & Night shifts available)

Security Guard Requirements:

• No experience required
• Possess, or have the ability to attain an AZ DPS Unarmed Security Guard Card
• Patrol Positions require a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or MAJOR moving violations within the past seven years.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test following all federal, state, and local laws
• Have basic computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology
