Location: Prestigious Private Community – Phoenix Area
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour (DOE)

Shifts: Swing & Overnight

Windom Security is seeking highly experienced Security Professionals with a concierge mindset to join our team at a high-profile private community. This position blends protection and hospitality, requiring professionalism, discretion, and tactical capability while delivering a refined guest experience for high-value clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents and guests courteously and discreetly
• Deliver a professional and approachable presence with a customer-service focus
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations
• Provide physical security and protection for clients, guests, and property
• Uphold strict confidentiality and situational awareness at all times
• Conduct proactive patrols and detailed risk assessments
• Respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies
• Monitor surveillance systems and manage access control points

Qualifications:

• 3+ year’s of high-end hotel or community experience
• 1+ year of security leadership experience
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in upscale environments or concierge roles is a plus
• Tactical proficiency and adaptability in evolving situations
• Physically fit with strong mental resilience
• Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with VIP clientele
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must submit an MVR from AZ MVD
