Shifts: Typically 4-12 hours between the hours of 6PM – 7AM. Full Time OR Part Time. Schedules require weekends. Part time schedules include weekends as well.

Various Locations and Positions Available!

Duties:

• Patrol residential or retail properties, communities, and parking lots, safeguarding against illegal activity, including: theft, loitering, trespassing and vandalism.
• Monitor site for potential threats, concerns, or safety hazards
• Provide a presence that promotes the prevention of criminal activity through friendly customer service oriented courtesy patrol.
• Be alert and aware of surroundings and people on site.
• Secure amenities (pools, laundry rooms, and fitness centers etc.) to protect client assets.
• Identify violations of community policies to provide a comfortable living environment for current and prospective clients.
• Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Using a handheld device, the posted officer will take pictures, record audio, and enter descriptive text-based entries of their patrols and findings during their shift.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or violations

Requirements for Unarmed Security Guards:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Must have driver’s license.
• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• NO felonies ever or misdemeanors within the last 5 years
• Be able to stand and walk on various surfaces for long periods.
