United Security, LLC is seeking qualified Security Patrol Drivers to perform mobile courtesy patrols at multiple properties throughout the Valley. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and skilled at maintaining safety and order while representing the company with integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct vehicle patrols of assigned properties to deter trespassing, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.

Make contact with transients, trespassers, and suspicious individuals as needed to enforce property rules and maintain safety.

Use sound de-escalation techniques to handle confrontations or disturbances calmly and professionally.

Check lighting, doors, gates, and property conditions.

Respond to alarms, disturbances, and irregular activity as directed.

Complete detailed written reports using a smartphone and company reporting software (experience with Silvertrac or Tracktik preferred).

Maintain clear communication with dispatch and supervision throughout shift.

Provide excellent customer service and professional interaction with clients and law enforcement.

Job Details:

Company vehicle pickup/drop-off location: 75th Ave & McDowell

Must be available to work any night between the hours of 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM as needed/scheduled

Assignment is temporary but may lead to permanent, full-time employment for the right candidate

Job Requirements:

Valid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard License (DPS Guard Card)

Valid Arizona Driver’s License

Must be at least 25 years of age

Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance

Must pass a drug screening and background check

Must have a reliable smartphone (Android or iOS) used for report writing and communication

Reliable means of transportation (public or private)

Legal right to work in the United States

Ability to operate a tablet, computer, or smartphone for reporting

Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills when interacting with the public

Physical Requirements:
With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires:

Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking (including for long periods)

Prolonged periods of driving for up to 8 or more hours per shift

Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing stairs

Ability to walk up inclines and uneven terrain

Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lbs; occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs

Preferred Experience:

Prior mobile patrol or vehicle-based security experience

Experience using Silvertrac or Tracktik

Experience interacting with the public, transients, or law enforcement
