Job Summary:

Surveillance Security, Inc. is looking for a committed, professional, and seasoned Armed Security Officer to join our team of armed guards for the City of Phoenix. The Armed Security Officer will play a critical role in upholding the safety and security of this location. A strong candidate must have at least two years of experience as an armed security guard and hold a NON-EXPIRED armed license through AZDPS, and have a valid driver’s license.

Schedule;
Monday through Friday for either a 4/10s or 5/8s 1st shift and 2nd shift availability.

Duties:

– Conduct regular patrols to secure the premises and remove trespassed individuals

– Access Control, Badging, and Wanding

– Enforce regulations and company policies to maintain order and prevent misconduct

– Provide assistance during emergencies if needed

– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required

Skills:

– Proficient in techniques and procedures as an armed security professional

– Strong understanding of de-escalation

– Possess a valid armed license through Arizona DPS

– Excellent skills to handle challenging situations effectively

– Experience in customer service

Requirements:

– Clean shaven or presentable facial hair, no piercings, and no hand or neck tattoos. Arm tattoos must be covered.

– Must hold a valid armed security guard license through AZDPS

– Prior experience in law enforcement or military is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
