YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Access Control Officer is responsible for ensuring our construction projects safe, secure, and running on time. You will oversee several critical aspects of our projects including patrolling the grounds, restricting access to sensitive areas, enforce badging compliance at the gates, document site visitors, and more. We seek someone who can take pride in this critical role in a construction project and show up each day with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in dynamic work environment.

• Actively educating oneself in college or trade education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside of their original access control responsibilities.
• Actively taking on more responsibility to serve Rosendin Electric

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• This position works directly with a Rosendin Electric Project Leader.
• Customer and Worker Support: Provide support in all areas of access control ranging from worker registration and badging, tech troubleshooting, visitor and delivery logs, and parking management, etc
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities to support our customers on one-time and ongoing access control related needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• 2+ years of customer service experience in similar areas like coffee baristas, nurses, childcare, or similar areas with an emphasis on serving people.
• 1+ years of construction or industrial experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying,

pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions.

• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
• We fully comply with the ADA and applicable state law, including considering reasonable

perform essential functions.

• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Schedule:

• 5am -4:30pm M-F
• Start September 3rd – End March 2026
