Employee must have reliable transporation and a phone to be able to receive phone calls for work.

Patrol Hours: 6pm to 6am 7 days per week, you will be scheduled based on company need on a rotating 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off work schedule

Security Officer: This position is works Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 4pm to Midnight.

About Us
Risk Management Security Services is expanding rapidly, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Vehicle Patrol Officers and Security Officers. We value a positive attitude over experience and are willing to train the right candidates for the positions.

Job Summary
As a Vehicle Patrol Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, properties, and the community. Duties include vehicle patrol, foot patrol, stationary posts, and responding to various security-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Patrol Duties:
– Drive a company vehicle for extended periods, conduct foot patrols, and maintain stationary posts.
– Monitor and authorize entrance and exit to client locations.
– Respond to alarms and security incidents.
– Enforce parking regulations and issue violations as necessary.

Client Interaction:
– Escort individuals to their vehicles or other specified locations per contract.
– Make contact with visitors and provide assistance as needed.
– Answer and respond to multi-line phone calls.

Incident Management:
– Handle emergencies and incidents calmly and efficiently.
– Provide leadership in the absence of a supervisor while on patrol.

Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.

Basic Requirements

Age:
– Must be at least 18 years old. To be an armed security officer you must be 21 years old.

Licenses and Certifications:
Valid CPL (Concealed Pistol License) Preferred.
Able to pass the Firearms Certification course.
Clean complete 5 year driving abstract..

Must have a valid and up to date AZ DPS Security Officer Guard Card

Education:
– High School Diploma or GED.

Skills:
– Strong multitasking abilities.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
– Effective communication skills in English.
– Active listening skills.
– Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure.
– Reliability and dependability.

Knowledge:
– Familiarity with Phoenix Metro area.
