**Job Title: Door Security**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a vigilant and friendly person to serve as Bouncer on busy weekend nights at our local neighborhood dive bar.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the age and identification of patrons to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Proactively engage in conflict resolution to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
• Monitor and control alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication and ensure the safety of customers.
• Implement crowd control measures during peak hours and special events to maintain order and prevent overcrowding.
• Assist in clearing the floor and managing the flow of patrons during busy periods.
• Keep a vigilant eye on the premises to identify and address any potential safety hazards.
• Work closely with management and bar staff to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance and support to patrons in need, including escorting them off the premises if necessary.
• Assist in arranging safe transportation for guests too intoxicated to drive.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of local alcohol laws and regulations. Title 4 certification for on/off premises a plus.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.00 – $35.00 per hour
