Security Guard

$20 per hour to start $21 per hour after completing 90 probationary period.

Position: Security Guard for Luxury Apartments (3rd Shift Overnight)
Availability: Must have open availability for shifts Monday – Sunday, as shifts rotate. Mandatory Friday’s and Saturday’s.

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard with reliable transportation to cover luxury apartment communities in the following locations: Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler.

You must be willing to work at 2-4 different sites per week, in the Tempe-Mesa-Chandler- South Scottsdale area, with all shifts taking place overnight, 7p-3a and 8p-4a.

Shift Details:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Shifts rotate between 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

You must be available to work overnight shifts, and your weekly schedule may vary based on client and staffing needs.

**Position Overview:**

Four Peaks Security is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Courtesy Patrol Security Guard. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of the community through routine walking patrols, documenting safety hazards, deterring and reporting suspicious activities, and reinforcing community rules. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment, responding to service calls, and monitoring CCTV cameras and entry points.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct six walking patrols per shift, each lasting 30-35 minutes, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the community.

2. Document safety hazards, report any suspicious activities, and take appropriate measures to deter potential security threats.

3. Reinforce community rules and regulations, ensuring residents adhere to established guidelines.

4. Obtain and document the unit numbers of residents for efficient communication and community familiarity.

5. Enforce parking regulations and handle violations in accordance with community policies.

6. Respond promptly to service calls from residents, addressing security concerns and providing assistance as needed.

7. Monitor CCTV cameras and maintain vigilance at driveway and pedestrian gates.

8. Generate comprehensive Daily Activity Reports (DAR) detailing observations and actions taken during each shift.

9. Must be available to work OVERTIME

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in security roles.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with email communication.

3. Possession of a smartphone for effective communication and reporting.

4. Reliable transportation to ensure prompt attendance to shifts.

• 5. Willingness to work in multiple communities , In the Tempe, Mesa , Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale and Glendale areas (2-4 sites per week), ALL shifts are overnight shifts.

6. Three professional references demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.

7. Successful completion of a security assessment.
