The Role: Professionalism Meets Forceful Capability

This is a highly demanding, hands-on position that requires a specialist who can seamlessly transition between an executive front-facing role and an active security operative.

Dual Responsibilities:

• Concierge/Event Duty: You must maintain an impeccable, polished, and professional appearance in a suit when assigned to high-visibility, client-facing details, representing our elite brand.
• Active Protection: You must be in excellent physical shape and prepared to take decisive physical action, including the forceful removal of trespassers or unauthorized individuals, to effectively protect clientele and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive patrols and comprehensive surveillance to maintain a secure environment.
• Take decisive physical action to remove trespassers and unauthorized individuals to safeguard clients and property.
• Enforce strict access control, verifying the identification and authorization of all entrants.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergency situations, and security breaches.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of incidents, daily activities, and security logs.

Qualifications & Application Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a security role.
• Licensing: Possess a current and valid Guard Card and all necessary permits for security work in the region.
• Physical Readiness: Must be in excellent physical condition and capable of strenuous activity and forceful intervention.
• Professional Appearance: Must be able to look professional in a suit for high-end duties. No exposed tattoos above the neck.
• Transportation: Must own a reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from various client sites.

Required Skills & Preferred Experience

Required SkillsPreferred ExperienceStrong attention to detail and keen observation skills.Military background is highly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for high-level client interaction.A background in executive protection or high-end residential security.The ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in high-pressure situations.Proficient in using security equipment and technology.
