Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Door Person to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall guest experience at our resort.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Check IDs as guests enter while providing information and direction.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, ensuring it is free of obstructions.
• Monitor the flow of traffic in and out of the club, assisting with questions as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure safety of all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
• Uphold the highest standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times.
• Deescalate high tension situations as needed and ensure all guests are following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a greeter role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the values of our establishment.

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
