Security Officer

Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced unarmed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The unarmed Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of visibility and vigilance, ensuring that our facilities and assets are protected from potential threats.

Responsibilities

– Patrol the interior and exterior of the facility, grounds, and surrounding areas on foot to ensure that all areas are secure and free from any potential threats.
– Monitor CCTV cameras to detect any suspicious activity and respond accordingly.
– Conduct regular checks of all areas.
– Respond to alarms and other security concerns in a timely and effective manner.
– Provide assistance to staff when necessary, ensuring that all accidents and injuries are handled in a safe and timely manner.
– Maintain a high level of visibility and vigilance to prevent and deter any criminal activity.
– Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any disputes or altercations in a professional and courteous manner.
– Maintain a military-like posture and demeanor, ensuring that the facility and its occupants are protected from any potential threats.

Qualifications

– Must posses a valid Guard card through AZ DPS.
– Must have the ability to effectively handle conflict and crisis situations.
– Must be physically fit and able to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be able to work in a high-stress environment and maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
