Job description:

Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for an unarmed, experienced security guard to serve as our OIC for a museum and center located in Chandler.

Schedule – Monday to Friday: Days 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Min. of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
– Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
– Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
– Conduct security checks of the premises and report any suspicious behavior or activities
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
– Knowledge of security operations and procedures
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong observational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
– Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
– First aid, CPR, and AED certification preferred
– Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and other security equipment
– Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures
– Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus
