Automated Gate/Access Control Technician

BMF Solutions LLC is looking for individuals with a strong background in building maintenance and repair. We focus on providing proactive and reactive maintenance to national retailers and local corporate properties. We take pride in providing our clients with quick response to reactive service requests while minimizing business impact. Our team is a group of motivated individuals with our focus on providing quality results on our first visit to the site. This position is ideal for people who enjoy a diverse scope of daily activities in various locations throughout the metro area.

Candidates will have the following qualities:

• Ability to bend, lift 50 LBs.+, crouch, Work outdoors, get on roofs
• Be able to perform facility maintenance tasks including Gate repairs and replacements
• Knowledge in other maintenance areas including plumbing, electrical, doors, carpentry etc. is a plus
• Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve
• Be a self-starter, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Computer knowledge is a must; BMF uses tablets and email daily as well as an online system to track jobs
• Must be professional and possess customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a valid drivers license
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends
• This position is expected to remain flexible in work scheduling to meet changing client objectives
• Prior retail or office building maintenance experience

BMF Solutions LLC is a facility maintenance company servicing all of Arizona and southern Nevada. BMF offers commercial and some residential maintenance, including heating and air, plumbing, electrical, flooring, landscaping, drywall, low voltage and more. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

• Facility Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• Access Control: 3 years (Preferred)

• Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
