Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Physical Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our client’s facilities, personnel, and assets. The Physical Security Specialist will implement security protocols, monitor security systems, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate with Security Operations. This role is critical in protecting the organization from physical threats and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical security measures for all facilities, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm systems.
• Conduct random patrols to identify vulnerabilities in the physical security infrastructure.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and breaches, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams during incidents or security investigations.
• Adhere to policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor physical security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Unarmed Security Guard License in Arizona
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean MVR (Driving Record)
• 1+ year(s) of experience in security, military, corrections, or law enforcement.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certified – we can help with this!
• Must be authorized to work in the United States legally
• Submit to a comprehensive background check and drug screening
• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• If military experience, must be able to provide a copy of DD-214, Form 4
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle high-stress situations.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on safety and security.
