Luxury Retail Security Officer

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm / Weekends as needed

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking experienced, professional High-End Luxury Retail Security Officers to join our elite security team. We are looking for individuals with exceptional integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Position Details & Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Monitor all entrance and exit points
• Greet clients as they enter and exit the store in a professional and welcoming manner
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Respond calmly and efficiently to incidents
• Maintain detailed and accurate report writing
• Complete daily logs of client merchandise for end-of-day reconciliation
• Observe and interact with the public in a respectful, professional manner
• Maintain strong situational awareness and follow all policies and procedures
• Stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Utilize urgency when responding to emergencies and daily site activities

Additional Responsibilities

• Detect suspicious activity and identify potential criminal acts or rule infractions
• Act courteously and effectively with the public
• Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies
• Understand and execute all assigned post orders, including enforcement of client and company rules and regulations
• Carry out oral and written instructions accurately
• Implement safety precautions and perform general security functions as needed

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Ability to read, understand, and apply printed rules and detailed orders
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
