Security Supervisor

*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff and visitors. *Responsibilities* – Supervise security staff and assign duties – Implement security policies and procedures – Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises – Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems – Respond to alarms and security incidents – Handle any conflicts or emergencies that may arise – Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary – Conduct training sessions for security personnel *Qualifications* – Proven experience in security roles, with a focus on conflict management and loss prevention – Familiarity with surveillance techniques and CCTV systems – Military or law enforcement background is a plus – Possession of relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid – Strong leadership and communication skills This position offers the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated security professionals in ensuring the safety of our facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.69 – $20.99 per hour
