ACT 235 is a MUST as this position is armed!
Must be willing to walk up and down steps
Fire Watch is required
Must be able and willing to keep trespassers from entering the premises
Excellent communication skills are a must
Professionalism is a must
Overnight shifts available only
Working together is an essential as we are a team
Must be able to work on a construction site
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Multiple locations
