We’re currently seeking experienced Security Officers with event and nightlife experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

• Role: Part-Time Security Officer / Bouncer (Events & Nightlife)
• Availability: Day, Night & Weekend shifts
• Locations: LBGTQ+ Pride event on June 7th, 2026 & others
• Pickup Location: Downtown Philadelphia – transportation provided to event sites
• Work Settings: Indoor and outdoor venues
• Pay: $19 /hr (Guaranteed weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of guests, patrons, and staff
• Monitor and secure client properties and assets
• Identify and respond to potential risks such as overcrowding, suspicious activity, or threats
• Assist with crowd control and monitor access points, emergency routes, and exits
• Maintain a strong and professional presence at all times
• Deliver excellent customer service while handling security-related concerns
• Complete additional tasks as assigned during events

Qualifications:

• MUST be LBGTQ+ Friendly
• Prior experience in security, especially within nightlife or event environments
• Must be available to work weekends
• Punctual, reliable, and consistent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible and available to start immediately
• Able to pass a background check
• Customer service oriented
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
