Unarmed Security Officer

Homeland Intelligence & Protective Services, LLC is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer. Please read requirements for position below:

*Must have HS Diploma or GED

*Valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED

*Must be 18 years or older to apply

*Must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Requirements/Responsibilities Include:

*Report writing and vehicle inspections

*Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

*Mobile patrol of interior and exterior areas of assigned locations

*Reports safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing

*Display exceptional communication skills and follow Chain of Command

*Must be able to:

Please note some positions will require you to be outside in all weather conditions this includes rain, cold, heat, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)
