The Security Manager is responsible for protecting our customers, staff and all visitors to our campus, as well as all associated property. Responding to fire and medical calls are a main priority. Assist the residents in order to ensure their safety and comfort, in compliance with established security policies and procedures.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Ability to operate several different types of computer systems, to ensure the safety and security of the campus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must maintain a current state driver’s license, CPR certification.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Ability to work in a fast paced and quick changing environment. Ability to focus on responsibilities and follow established procedures.
