Unarmed Security Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities are:

• Supervise 8 to 12 employees.
• Electronic Monthly Scheduling.
• Effectively communicate with Subordinates.
• Evaluate Subordinates Performance.
• Effectively communicate with all levels of Management.
• Fill in during Unscheduled Vacancies.
• Routine Site Visits.
• Training.
• Report Writing.

Unarmed Security Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of Supervisor Experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Security Experience.
• Minimum of Three (5) years of Customer Service Experience Preferred.
• Must be willing to work all three (3) locations (Philadelphia, Norristown & Bensalem) If Needed.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• All applicants are subject to a background check and drug testing
• Applicants must have reliable transportation
• Basic Writing Skills.
