The Cheltenham School District announces the following support staff position(s) are available for the 2024-2025 school year.
Position Title: SCHOOL SAFETY OFFICER
Reports To: District Security Manager
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Grade/Tier: Security/200 Days
Job Summary: Under the direction of the District Security Manager, works to enhance the safety of the school environment through observation, prevention, and resolution of all possible conflicts as outlined by school district policy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Experience with monitoring and/or supervising students in an educational setting.
- Experience in security or law enforcement is preferred.
