Monday: 8am-4pm
Tuesday: 8am-4pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
Sunday: 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:
- Towing any unauthorized vehicles in lots as well giving summons to any vehicles parked illegally.
- Tourings the property peridoically and scanning points set in place with patrol phone.
- Working along side of maintenance to help satisy any tenant complaints.
- Communicating effectively with other members of the security team and ensuring the work environment is consistently professional and positive.
Qualifications:
- NY Security Guard License.
- Driver License 5+
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good judgment, integrity and character are essential
- Must be able to pass drug test
