Job Description: We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-based structure. Your primary role will be to sell our Remote Doorman Services focusing at this time on the states of NY, NJ, CT, FL, IL, NC, TX and CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our Remote Doorman Services to residential properties and students housing.
• Make cold calls and schedule in-person meetings with real estate management companies and property owners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
• Provide detailed information about our services, highlighting benefits such as enhanced security and cost savings.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in selling security systems (cameras, access systems, intercom ) or security guard/doorman services for residential properties is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
