Corporate Security Officer

Current Shift Available: Saturday/Sunday- 3pm-11pm; Tuesday/Wednesday/Thurs- 8am-4pm

COMPETITIVE WAGE: $22.28/hour

This is a standing post- must be comfortable standing for the 8-hour shift

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of employees, clients, patrons, and property.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises.
• Identify and report any suspicious behavior promptly.
• Maintain security equipment and access control systems.
• Prepare accurate and timely daily incident reports.
• De-escalate situations with a calm and customer service demeanor

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in using security technology and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Leadership skills with the capacity to take initiative.
• 1-5 years of security officer experience preferred.
• Valid New York State Security License and CPR certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
