We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Field Supervisor to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Field Supervisor (Rover) position is responsible for completing site inspections to ensure Mulligan Security policies and procedures are being adhered to by the Security Guard population. Field Supervisors are the “boots on the ground” supervision of the daily activities on our sites. This position requires the individual to be a well-organized, detail oriented, resourceful professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Professionalism –you are expected to always represent the company with the highest of integrity and professionalism.
• Will visit all sites assigned to your zone of work at different times and complete inspections at each.
• While at site inspect officers’ appearance and their knowledge of the site and de-escalation and anti–terrorism techniques. Ensure that officers are alert, in full uniform and have a complete knowledge of their duties and responsibilities. Report any inconsistencies immediately to dispatch and Director or above.
• Issue Employee Violations to officers for infractions and deliver these violations to office for Director to handle.
• Will submit an End of Tour Report via email to Director and above summarizing what sites were visited with the results of visit and any actions taken.
• If needed to hold post for any reason (sending officer home, officer sick, No Call / No Show, etc.) report this in your End of Tour Report.
• Collect all Timesheets and other mail, or forms and deliver to office. Distribute to sites any memos written and ensure that they are posted and/or officers are informed.
• When informed of a New Job Start, Field Supervisors will visit this site every tour for the first thirty (30) days reporting all, unless otherwise directed or an emergency or incident arises.
• When given specific directives from Director or above ensure that these directives are completed within the timeline given.
• Responsible for scheduling and managing team.
• Expected to do routine inspections at our sites as well as respond to incidents both minor and critical.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 + years of Supervisory experience, preferably in the Security industry
• Retired Law Enforcement preferred.
• Must hold NYS driver’s license.
• Must hold NYS security guard license.
• Additional certifications preferred (I.e. F-02, F-80, OSHA 30, CPR/FA)
