Security Guard

Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and property
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activity
– Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Enforce access control procedures to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related incidents
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during emergencies or investigations

Skills:
– Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
– Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures, with a valid certification preferred
– Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to prevent theft or damage to property
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Ability to assess potential security risks and take appropriate preventive measures
– Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus
