Security Shift Supervisor F80

Job Description:
We are seeking professional and dedicated security guards with F02 and F80 certifications, to provide safety and security services at a shelter. As part of our team, you will help ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors by maintaining order, responding to emergencies, and adhering to fire safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor shelter premises to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
• Conduct routine fire and safety inspections in compliance with F02 regulations.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Work closely with shelter staff and law enforcement, as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Valid S95 Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems certifications (required).
• Previous security or fire safety experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must be willing to work evening and or overnight shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.29 per hour
