We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Residential Security Guard to monitor and safeguard residential premises. The ideal candidate will provide a strong security presence, ensure the safety of residents, and respond to incidents effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor building access and enforce visitor and resident identification protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including all entrances, exits, hallways, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Write detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any unusual behavior or potential threats.
• Ensure all doors, gates, and other access points are secure.
• Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests when needed.
• Enforce property rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with emergency services if required (e.g., fire, police, EMS).
• Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout the shift.
