Security Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors and a comprehensive understanding of surveillance systems.

** This role requires this person to have experience with the operation of a ID Badging system.**

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
• Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or related fields such as law enforcement or military service.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention strategies.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with legal regulations related to security operations is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• No weekends
• Overtime
• Weekends only
