Armed Guard

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to work at a new Cannabis Dispensary. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security for our clients and their assets. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. The Armed Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, assist with line mangement, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Engage in conflict management strategies to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.50 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
