Security Guard

POSITION: Construction Site Security

LOCATION: Woodside, NY

*IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR 7AM – 3PM SHIFTS* (MON-FRI)

*OPENINGS FOR WEEKEND SHIFTS*

*ON CALL PER DIEM

DUTIES:

• Provide a physical security presence
• Maintain Access Control of the construction site during non-operating hours
• Maintain a vehicle log of visitors and deliveries
• Secure entrance during non-operating hours
• Periodic patrols of the site
• Report emergencies to the proper authorities in a timely manner ie. local police and fire department
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active NYS Security Guard License
• S60 Certificate of Fitness- Watchperson at Construction Sites
• OSHA 30
• SST Card (Preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Verifiable security experience
• Flexibility and Reliability

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• SECURITY: 1 year (Preferred)
