SALARY: $30 per hour

HOURS: Sporadic part-time weekends as needed for large stadium events. MUST BE AVAILABLE ON THE

FOLLOWING DATES: OCTOBER 19 TH , NOVEMBER 2 ND , AND NOVEMBER 23 RD . Future dates to be announced.

JOB BRIEF: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stadium Security Supervisor to ensure safety and security at our large stadium events. This role includes assessing potential security risks, developing strategies to handle security incidents, and leading a team of security personnel. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION: This detail is designed to be a visual deterrent against theft, physical confrontation, and other offensive behavior. Security is to use their command presence and verbal instruction to deter theft and address patrons that are harassing other patrons, damaging equipment, or creating physical confrontation. Security WILL NOT make any form of physical contact with anyone unless they are protecting themselves or others from bodily harm. Security will not chase after or engage any patron that departs the property for physical confrontation, theft, equipment damage, or failure to pay for merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain high situational awareness
• Maintain a professional presence, acting as a crime deterrent
• Adhere to DDCues Post Orders and General Instructions
• Report Incidents immediately as they occur, both to the client and DDCues Corporate Office
• Security must maintain all certifications with the New York Department of Licensing Agency and must have certification card(s) or Active Law Enforcement Officer Credentials on their person while on duty
• Security will be professionally dressed in a tactical uniform that includes an easily recognizable Security shirt, jacket and/or hat that visually identifies them as the on-duty security to the client, staff, and the general public
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Supervise security guards and event staff
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures
• Handle security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and situations

REQUIREMENTS:

• New York State Guard license or active Law Enforcement credentials
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Familiar and comfortable with report writing
• Proven experience in event security management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response planning
• Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Event Security
  Professional (CESP) are a plus
