Job Details:
The Security department Assures a safe and secure environment so that the highest level of quality of care can be provided to our patients and staff members.
Responsibilities of the Security Supervisor include:
- Oversees Security Officers on duty ensuring all posts are covered
- Responds to any team calls for support
- Ensures staff understand assignments
- Trains new hires on all policies and procedures
- Protects patients, visitors, staff and the hospital's property from criminal acts.
- Responds the all emergency calls within the facility
- Ensures all visitors have appropriate ID
- Assist visitors by guiding them through the facility
Requirements for the Security Supervisor role include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Two years’ experience in a Security Department, a Public Law Enforcement Dept., or the proven abilities to supervise
Posted Salary Range: USD $28.40 – USD $39.75 /Hr. :
