Doorman/Guest List

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading a guest list and verifying identification. This position is for select events only and is not a regularly scheduled position.

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and control access to the premises, including screening visitors and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
– Maintain a clean and orderly entrance area.
– Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and directing guests as necessary.
– Demonstrate conflict management skills, de-escalating any disputes or issues that may arise.

Experience:

– Previous experience as a Door Person or in a related security role is appreciated but not necessary.
– The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
– Proven conflict management skills are necessary to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
