Must currently possess a valid New York Guard Card or New York State Security License.

What You’ll Do

As an Event Security Guard, you’ll combine customer service, crowd management, and security responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with event setup, signage, and venue preparation
• Monitoring entrances and conducting security screenings
• Welcoming guests and providing directions and event information
• Managing crowd flow and supporting safe entry and exit procedures
• Working alongside fellow event staff and security professionals
• Responding quickly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
• Enforcing venue policies and safety procedures
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and outstanding service
• Helping create a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for fans, athletes, and staff

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking energetic, dependable individuals who thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with people.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security, event staff, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic event environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Valid New York Guard Card or New York State Security License required
• FDNY F-03 Fireguard Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
