POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

• Unarmed Security Guards (F02) – Brooklyn & Queens
• FLEX Unarmed Security Guards (F01) – Manhattan
• Shift Supervisors – Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens

Duties

• Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify potential hazards or security breaches
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid, and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes

Experience

• Must have a NY State Security License and the appropriate Fireguard Certification for the role you are interested in (CANNOT expire within the next 2 months)
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Certification in CPR and first aid to effectively respond to medical emergencies
• Strong understanding of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution skills
• Familiarity with security procedures, including access control, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols
• Comfortable being on your feet for a minimum of an 8 hour shift
• Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
