Security Guard – Pharmaceutical Facility (Full Time) – Central Islip, NY

Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $18.50/hour

Arrow Security is seeking a professional, customer-focused Security Guard for a pharmaceutical facility in Central Islip, NY. This is a front-facing position requiring strong communication skills, professional appearance, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors
• Monitor and report incidents, suspicious activity, and security breaches
• Conduct patrols and respond to incidents professionally
• Complete reports and follow company protocols and procedures
• Support de-escalation efforts when necessary

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Security Guard License required
• 16 HR OJT Certification required
• Minimum 4 years of security experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentation and reliability required
• CPR/AED Certification is a plus
