A2A Security is seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Security Guard / Doorman for a high-end retail store in Manhattan. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for an elite clientele.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Greet & Assist Customers – Provide a warm yet professional welcome to shoppers while ensuring a discreet security presence.
✅ Monitor Store Access & Security – Control entry, prevent unauthorized access, and be vigilant against theft or suspicious activity.
✅ Ensure a Safe Shopping Experience – Maintain a strong security presence while upholding the luxury atmosphere of the store.
✅ Handle Security Incidents – Respond swiftly and professionally to disturbances, emergencies, or security concerns.
✅ Collaborate with Store Staff – Work closely with retail associates and management to enhance customer service and loss prevention strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Prior Security or Doorman Experience (luxury retail or hospitality preferred)
✔ Strong Situational Awareness & Attention to Detail
✔ Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
✔ Professional Appearance & Demeanor
✔ Ability to Handle High-Profile Clientele with Discretion & Respect
✔ Valid Security Guard License (NYS)

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
