1-3 years of Administrative duties and Microsoft Office
D-License (unarmed security license must be valid)
1-3 years of Security guard experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing a positive first impression for every resident, guest, family, vendor that are present on site
Greet each individual throughout the shift
Assist with all questions and concerns and handle as needed
Ensure the highest quality of customer service and experience for everyone
Responsible to be knowledge of the day-to-day operation at the front desk and Rover responsibilities
Must have the radio on at all times to address said concern when/if occurs
Daily shift log must be completed at end of each shift
Other duties assigned by Operations Manager
Position: Part time : 7am-3pm Saturday & Sunday
