Job Description

Reports to: Account Manager

Job Summary:

This position involves supervising employees to receive proper training and placement to ensure client satisfaction. This position also involves scheduling of employees and insuring time sheets are accurate.

This position assists the National Account Manager and all departments to ensure client and employee satisfaction.

These are not the only duties to be performed by this position. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and duties requested by the C.E.O., C.O.O., Vice President of Human Resources General Counsel, R.V.P., or National account Manager to maintain an efficient Branch.

Essential Functions:

Follow all Weiser Security Services, Inc. policies and procedures.

Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.

Meet with all assigned client weekly to discuss KPIS and follow up on any special requests made at last meeting.

Develop and maintain open communication with clients and employees.

Review, update and maintain a master working schedule.

Review overtime reports weekly with National Account Manager and adjust weekly plan of action.

Coordinate training and placement of security officers.

Identify client needs and create a plan of action with the National Account Manager.

Report all claims of harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation to the National Account Manager, Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, or CEO at the Support Center.

Review, track, complete, respond to and defend unemployment claims in conjunction with the Corporate Human Resources Assistant.

Report all claims of accidents and injuries to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Timely document and validate all employee performance problems via a Coaching and Counseling Form or other documentation in the Employee File and notify the National Account Manager of serious or multiple offenses.

Make suggestions to National Account Manager on solutions to problems.

Negotiate Rate Increases with National Account Manager and client.

Review and develop Post Orders based on clients needs.

Report vacancy to the recruiter.

Assist in recruiting and screening applicants for hire.

Additional Responsibilities:

May assist in recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.

2. Two years of college or at least five years of verifiable security management experience.

3. Clean Criminal background.

4. Clean Driving record.

5. Able to obtain a State Security license when applicable.

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business.

8. Ability to drive.

9. Ability to indirectly supervise 100 employees.
