Road Supervisor (Bilingual Preferred) – Miami, FL

Job Summary

A Road Supervisor responsible for overseeing the activities of the security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees, and company assets in order to reduce and control loss time injuries.

Functions

• Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties for the post assigned (correct patrol of the property, inspection of the buildings, give permission of entry, prevention of losses, ensure the security guards make reports in a correct way).
• Responsible for covering any open shift on their assigned sites.
• Do the weekly scheduling and recurrent visits to the sites.
• Conduct site-specific OJT, client-specific training.
• Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Enforce S1 Security Group policies as outlined in the Employee handbook and memos.
• Other supervisory responsibilities as determined by leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a Security D License.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Security Supervisor or Manager experience highly preferred.
• Previous law enforcement, facilities management or military experience is a plus.
• At least 1 years of supervisory experience.
• Availability to be on call 27/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and client requirements on an ongoing basis.
• Ability to learn on a fast pace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
